Frequently Asked Questions About Bootcamp

I’ve heard about bootcamps, they sound intense and intimidating. Am I “in shape” enough for your bootcamp?

[op_liveeditor_element][text_block]Each of our classes is attended by people of all fitness levels, from the beginner to the hardcore. All of our exercises can be modified to an easy, medium or hard version. The bootcamp instructor will help you in choosing the right exercises to ensure you get a good workout, but don’t kill yourself :-) If you’re really and truly not ready for bootcamp, we may suggest a few one on one sessions with a personal trainer.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

I have a bad (ankle, knee, back, elbow, shoulder, etc), will I be able to do the bootcamp without hurting myself?

[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left”]Depending on the problem area, we may recommend a visit to the doctor. And once cleared, we may suggest a few sessions with a personal trainer to help you get strong enough for the bootcamp. Before you start, we also perform a Functional Movement Screen, which allows us to confirm that you are physically able to perform the most common movements in bootcamp. Again, if the results indicate you have some problem areas… we may suggest a few sessions with a personal trainer to help you get strong enough for the bootcamp. While doing bootcamp, if you ever experience pain in a joint during class, please let the instructor know immediately…we can usually modify an exercise to correct the problem.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
