What Is Included In The 6 Week Transformation Challenge?

  • 3 Workouts Per Week

    You will have access to 3 Workouts per week with our Bootcamp program.  We have 23 different times each week to choose from.  And each class has various fitness levels participating.  The workouts can be customized to you!  (Option to upgrade to Unlimited Workouts)

  • REAL Food Based Nutrition Plan

    We will provide you with all the support and guidance you need to “Detox” your body with 100% Real Food.  Sample Meal Plans, Grocery Lists, Recipes, Time-Saving Tips, etc. are all included.  We will not be pushing any pills, potions or gimmicks.  We want you to eat Real Foods, that hopefully you cook!

  • Custom Designed Cardio & Recovery Plan

    We will design a plan for YOU that tells you how much (and what kind) of cardio you need to do to be a Fat Burning machine.  And we will also give you detailed instructions on what exercises/stretches you need to perform to release sore/tight muscles.

  • Before, During & After Measurements

  • q-iconShould I do the Transformation Challenge?

    I honestly think just about anyone can and should register.  It doesn’t matter if you have been working out for years, or just starting out. Unless you are at your goal weight, bodyfat, or you are just 100% happy with where you are…then you can always make some progress!

  • q-iconWhen does the Transformation Challenge start?

    It starts as soon as you sign up.  We will schedule a time to get you measured ASAP, set your goal(s), give you your plan…then Boom you’re on your way.  The official start date will be Monday, March 20th.  But the sooner you start, the more time you have to achieve your goal(s).

  • q-iconWho will I be competing against?

    Yourself.  The 6 Week Transformation Challenge is not a competition against other people.  It is about setting goals for yourself, with a deadline (April 30th), and achieving it.  Plain and simple.

  • q-iconHow much is it to register for the 6 Week Transformation Challenge?

    The registration fee is $199 ($479 Value).  This carries you until April 30th.

  • q-iconWhen is the Orientation?

    We will hold a group orientation (in person) on Thursday, March 23rd at 6p.  We strongly encourage you to attend!  During the Orientation we will focus mainly on the Nutrition component of the Transformation Challenge.  We explain what is expected of you during the 2 phases of the Nutrition Plan (Elimination Detox & Re-Introduction).  Plus, we will give you several tips & tricks, and go over all the tools available to help you succeed.

  • q-iconWhen are the Weekly Accountability Meetings?

    The Weekly Accountability Meetings (aka WAMs) will be on the first four Thursdays at 6p.  We hope that you can attend most (if not all) of them.  There will be so many great questions and answers that come up during this time.  And they will provide some fun and encouraging moments for the group!

Down 21 LBS And Much More Confident...

"I want to start out by saying thank you so much to Sean, Adrian and John at Fitness 101.

In December 2015, I decided 2016 was my year to make a huge change.  I started making healthier choices and then soon after I saw the Facebook ad for the 6 Week Transformation Challenge.

I was very hesitant as I knew I would probably be the weakest and biggest client at boot camp, however I decided that I needed the accountability and encouragement so the pros of investing in myself outweighed the cons.

On the first day I couldn't hold a plank for 5 seconds, much less a minute, I couldn't do a push up, or a squat, I couldn't really do much at all, but here I am 8 weeks later and although I still have a long way to go, I am much more confident, much stronger and I believe in myself. 

Over the years I have tried so many ways to lose weight - weight watchers, Atkins, over the counter diet pills, prescription diet pills, etc. - this challenge has been the best thing ever.  I have found that I actually like fruits and vegetables and I don't crave sweets anymore.  I can't wait to see what the next challenge brings - yes, I said next challenge, I loved it so much, I am diving in for more!

Lost 28 lbs of Fat...

"I was laid off in December 2015 after 37+ years with my employer.  For that entire time I focused on my career while family and health concerns were, at best, a secondary concern. Unemployed, burned and stressed out, 300 lbs and 60 years old - I knew that some drastic changes need to be made ASAP.   After Christmas I visited a number of gyms, fitness centers and crossfit facilities in the Spring/Klein area.   I needed to find a place that would push me but also recognize my physical limitations.   I knew that Fitness 101's "Transformation Challenge" was exactly what I was looking for.  The combination of 3 workouts per week, nutritional advice, daily e-mail notes of encouragement and weekly group meetings were all excellent. THE WORKOUTS WERE HARD - there was no easy way out, but the effort was rewarded.  I lived for the announcement at the end of each workout when the instructor would say "That's all for today".  Initially I was in fear and dread the night before going to each workout - fear of failure and dreading that I would embarrass myself.  Over the weeks the fear and dread subsided as my confidence slowly grew to the point that I expected to survive the workouts and even looked forward to what new exercises we would be exposed to.  I really appreciated that the instructors monitored me closely and when they saw I was struggling with an exercise they offered me alternatives.  Before starting the Transformation Challenge I check in with my Primary Care Physician and had my annual physical six weeks later at the end of the program.  Here are the results that I personally experienced:
     -  My doctor took me off Blood pressure meds as my BP reading dropped from 145/90 to 130/82.
     -  During the six week "Transformation Challenge" my weight loss was a net 23 lbs.  (28 lbs of fat lost offset by 5 lbs of muscle gain)
     -   Prior to the challenge I had painful foot neuropathy caused by elevated blood sugar levels.   I was in the advanced stages of pre-Diabetes, which concerned me greatly.   After the challenge the pain in my feet has greatly subsided.
     -  Elevated (out of the normal range) cholesterol and blood sugar levels are now within the normal range.
     -  In general I just feel "better" than I have in years.
I am grateful to Sean and the trainers at Fitness-101 for providing me with such a life changing experience.  The "Transformation Challenge" worked wonders for me and I am sure it can do the same for others who are committed to improving their health, overall fitness level and general well being."
